苯胺与二氧化碳、甲醇反应一步合成苯氨基甲酸甲酯的研究 被引量:1

ONE-POT SYNTHESIS OF METHYL N-PHENYL CARBAMATE FROM ANILINE,CARBON DIOXIDE AND METHANOL

摘要 合成以CeO2-ZrO2为催化剂,利用温室气体CO2和价廉的甲醇为原料,4A分子筛为脱水剂研究了苯氨基甲酸甲酯(MPC)的合成。考察了n(Ce)∶n(Zr)对CeO2-ZrO2催化剂活性的影响,当n(Ce)∶n(Zr)=2∶1时,CeO2-ZrO2具有良好的催化活性。考察了反应条件对合成MPC的影响,当反应温度为160℃、反应时间为8h、n(苯胺)∶n(甲醇)=1∶100(苯胺0.46mL)、m(CeO2-ZrO2)∶m(苯胺)=0.43、CO2反应初始反应压力为4.0 MPa时,苯胺的转化率为7.8%,MPC的选择性为66.7%。 The synthesis of methyl N-phenyl carbamate(MPC)from greenhouse gas CO2 and methanol is a prospective route.Using 4A molecular sieve as dehydrating agent,the effect of n(Ce)∶n(Zr)on the catalytic performance of CeO2-ZrO2 for MPC synthesis was studied.When n(Ce)∶n(Zr)was 2,CeO2-ZrO2 showed better catalytic performance.Effect of reaction conditions on catalytic performance was also investigated.The aniline conversion and MPC selectivity is 7.8% and 66.7%,respectively,while reaction temperature was 160 ℃,reaction time was 8h,n(aniline)∶n(methanol)=1∶100,m(catalyst)∶m(aniline)=0.43 and initial CO2 pressure was 4.0 MPa.
