体外受精-胚胎移植术获单卵双胎妊娠临床分析 被引量:5

摘要 多胎妊娠是体外受精-胚胎移植术(IVF-ET)的常见结局,尽管多是因为移植多个胚胎引起,但也有不少报道辅助生殖技术(ART)中的单卵双胎(MZT)发生率较自然妊娠(0.42%)明显增加[1]。MZT的临床结局差,易合并胎儿畸形和双胎输血综合征等不良结局[2]。本文回顾性分析在本中心行IVF-ET后发生MZT患者的临床资料,报告如下。
