中西方社会公共安全的多维视角研究综述

Review of Multidimensional Studies on Social Public Security in China and the West

风险社会情境下,对于社会公共安全这一长期以来相对模糊的概念,要从相对狭义的范畴,基于犯罪预防与公众安全感提升的视角进行研究。中西方对社会公共安全的研究有多维视角。西方的研究涉及多学科,主要以宏观社会冲突与社会秩序、国际关系及犯罪预防为主要研究路径,我国则更加注重从管理学层面的社会稳定、危机管理、社区安全、安全评估体系等的实践研究。目前的社会公共安全研究亟待系统化,应在中西方社会公共安全研究视角的比较研究基础上,进一步促进社会公共安全研究的跨学科发展,扩展其研究的学理深度。

In the background of risk society, the concept of social public security has remained relatively unclear for a long time. The definition of this concept should be based on the perspective of crime prevention and the sense of public security in a category of relatively narrow sense. There are multidimensional studies on social public security in china and the West. In the west, there are multidisciplinary study paths, including social conflict and social order, international relations, crime prevention, etc. In China, the studies are mainly on the level of management, including social stability, crisis management, community management, the system of safety assessment, etc. Currently, the study on social public security is in urgent need of systematization. Comparative studies on the study views of social public security between China and the west will promote the study＇s interdisciplinary and theoretical development.
