视频工作模式创新实践刍议——基于吴江区公安局视频工作“123体系”的思考

On Innovation and Practice of the Video Surveillance Work Pattern

尽管视频监控已经成为社会治安防控体系建设的重要组成部分,但现有的视频工作模式仍存在建维管用脱节、视频深度应用匮乏等难题,从而严重影响了视频监控的建设成效。为此,苏州市吴江区公安局在探索中创新形成了视频工作"123体系"模式,取得了显著成效,有效破解了基层视频工作深度应用的难题。

Although video surveillance has become a crucial part of setting up a prevention and control system of social security, problems still exist in present work, such as poor cooperation among surveillance building, maintenance, management and utilization, lack of further application, which hinders video surveillance from functioning effectively. To solve these problems, Wujiang District Public Security Bureau, Suzhou, devised a ＂123＂ System of video surveillance. The system has obtained remarkable result and has effectively solved the problems mentioned above.
