摘要 超声波焊接是最常用的塑料焊接技术,在塑料加工业久享盛誉。由于焊接速度快、低能耗、焊缝质量一致性与再现性好,该技术是包装、汽车、医疗、电气、电子、家用器具行业大批量生产应用的首选焊接技术。在论及超声波焊接原理及过程、焊接设备、工艺参数、特点、应用、派生方法、最新进展,着重对焊接性、接头设计进行了概括和总结。 Ultrasonic welding is the most common type of plastic welding technology, renowned in plastics processing industry. Because of fast welding speed, low power, good consistency and reproducibility of welded quality, this technology is the first choice of mass production of packaging, automotive, medical, electrical, electronics and household appliances industry. This paper discusses the principle, process, equipment, process parameters, characteristics, application, derived method, and latest development of ultrasonic welding, while focusing on summarizing and concluding weldability and welding joint design.
