摘要
考察了不同用量白炭黑对环保型乳聚丁苯橡胶的硫化特性、交联密度、老化前后的物理性能、热稳定性和动态力学性能的影响,分析了白炭黑在胶料中的分散情况。结果表明:白炭黑用量增加,硫化速度加快,交联密度增加,热稳定性接近。但是,白炭黑随用量增加在胶料中的分散性变差,断面变得更加粗糙。此外,白炭黑用量增加,混炼胶和硫化胶的动态力学性能变差,填料份数较高时,出现了明显的Payne效应。硫化胶经过老化后,填充40份白炭黑的胶料综合性能较为优异。
Influence of addition level of silica on cure characteristics,crosslinking density,phisical properties before and after aging,thermostability and dynamic mechanical property of environment- friendly ESBR was investigated ,and dispersion of silica was also analyzed.The results showed that the cure rate and crosslinking density were improved with increasing silica amount,but themostability increased little.While the silica's dispersion in rubber became worse,the cross section was more rough.What's more,the dynamic mechanical property of rubber compound and vulcanized rubber decreased,and when higher silica content was contained in ESBR,payne effect was obvious.After aging,the combination property was better as the content of silica was 40 phr.
