通勤铁路在多中心大都市区空间结构优化中的作用

摘要 通勤铁路是城市轨道交通系统的重要组成部分,作为连接中心城市与郊区新城较为理想的交通方式,能够有效疏散中心城区人口压力和缓解交通拥堵。通勤铁路缩短了中心城市与郊区新城之间的空间距离,扩大了多中心大都市区就业市场的空间范围,同时,通勤铁路能够提高郊区新城的吸引力和可达性,从而有利于郊区新城承接中心城区分散的人口和城市功能,有利于在大都市区内实现产业结构空间布局的优化和大都市空间组织效率的提高。我国要重视通勤铁路建设,提高多种交通方式之间一体化换乘效率,从而充分发挥大城市的集聚经济效应,提高大都市区的竞争力和对区域经济增长的带动作用。 Commuter rail, an important part of the urban transit system, can improve the traffic congestion and population growth based on its technical and economic characteristics. In polycentric metropolis, the commuter rail plays a role of reducing the spatial distance and enlarging the labor market from the city center to suburban areas that enhanced the stimulation from the city center. Moreover, the commuter rail improved the accessibility and attractivity of the suburb area, and it helps the new town take some part of urban functions. At the same time, the relocation of population and employment promote the optimization of spatial structure and economic performance in metropolitan area. China should enhance the construction of commuter rail and the integrated transfer efficiency as well, and it will help the large cities improve the competitive of metropolis from agglomeration economies and perform the leading function of the regional growth, so that the large cities will get more agglomeration economies and improve the competitivity of metropolis and regional growth.
