The Level-focused and Logistics-cored Transformation and Upgrading in China's Coastal Port Sectors

本文从港口物流、层级化发展、海铁联运总结我国沿海港口转型升级问题,判断未来沿海港口发展趋势,提出了从国家、行业和企业等不同层面推进沿海港口转型升级的分类指导思路,特别强调了以港口物流业发展为核心和加强海铁联运的措施建议。

This paper systematically summarizes the tendency and issues of China port development from aspects as followings ： port logistics, port development at national ,regional and local levels, rail-sea intermodal transport. The paper argues that China＇s coastal port development should be level- focused and logistics-cored to promote the transformation and upgrading. It also presents some measures of improving the rail-sea intermodal transport system and so on.
