摘要
本文对军事应急物资投送系统可靠性的概念进行了界定,分析了环境、交通网络、运载工具等影响应急物资投送系统可靠性的相关因素。在此基础上应用层次分析法对应急物资投送系统的可靠性进行了评价,并以一个实例说明该方法的可行性。
In this paper, the concept of reliability of military emergency materal delivery system is defined. The factors affected reliability of emergency martial delivery system are analyzed such as enviroment, traffic net, transportations and so on. On the basis of it, the reliability of military emergency martial delivery system is evaluated by using analytic hierarchy process and the feasibility of this method is verified with an example.
