低频电脉冲联合按摩疗法对产后乳腺功能影响的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的研究低频电脉冲联合手法按摩对产后乳腺功能的维护。方法选取产后的产妇1000人,分两组,观察组500人,应用低频电脉冲仪联合手法按摩,对照组500人,产后给予手法按摩,同时指导早吸吮,早开奶,按摩,哺乳等哺乳宣教。结果两组产妇治疗和非治疗比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后观察组比对照组乳汁增多,乳腺通畅。观察组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论低频电脉冲仪联合手法按摩有一定的治疗效果,建议产后妇女尽早进行产后康复治疗。 Objective To study maintenance on postpartum breast function by low-frequency electrical pulses combined with massage.Methods 1000 postpartum maternals were divided into two groups, observation group and control group. The observation group had 500 persons, which were treated with the method of low-frequency electrical pulse meter combined massage; The control group of other 500 persons were only treated by massage method, plus guided nursing education of early sucking, early opening of breast milk, massage,breastfeeding, etc. Results The two groups had statistical significance on difference between treatment and non-treatment( P〈0.05). he observation group had more breast milk than the control group, and the unobstructed breast gland phenomenon was observed in the observation group. The observation group had significantly higher treatment efficiency, and this difference has statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion The low-frequency electrical pulse meter joint massage has therapeutic effect, so it is recommended that postpartum women should take postpartum rehabilitation as soon as possible.
