摘要
目的观察清眩舒颈汤加减配合腹针治疗颈性眩晕的疗效。方法 84例颈性眩晕患者随机分为2组,治疗组44例服用清眩舒颈汤加减配合腹针治疗,对照组40例使用舒血宁注射液及常规针刺治疗。2组均以10天为1个疗程。结果 2组显效率分别为84.09%和62.50%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清眩舒颈汤加减配合腹针为主治疗颈性眩晕疗效确切。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Qingxuan Shujing Decoction in treating cervical vertigo with abdominal acupuncture.Methods 84 cases of cervical vertigo were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group, 44 cases, takes Qingxuan Shujing Decoction with abdominal acupuncture for the treatment, the control group of 40 cases use Shuxuening injection and routine acupuncture.The two groups take 10 days as a course of treatment. Results The significant efficiency of the two group were 84.09% and 62.50%, respectively. The treatment group was significantly better than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qingxuan Shujing decoction combined with abdominal acupuncture has curative effect on cervical vertigo.
