防哮汤治疗小儿哮喘苗期46例

Fangxiao Decoction on Treatment of Children Asthma Seedling for 46 Cases

目的讨论在小儿哮喘苗期时,采用防哮汤口服的治疗效果。方法将92例哮喘苗期患儿,随机分为治疗及对照组,均给予常规中药对证治疗,病情缓解后,对照组未再继续用药,治疗组加用防哮汤,对比两组患儿的疗效区别。结果治疗组总有效率达86.96%,对照组总有效率65.22%,两组患儿整体疗效差异显著P<0.05,具有统计学意义。随访哮喘发病情况,治疗组也明显低于对照组。结论防哮汤治疗儿童哮喘苗期,可以更安全有效地控制症状,降低发病率,具有一定的临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Fangxiao Decoction in treating children asthma seedling. Methods Totally 92 cases of asthma seedling in children were randomly divided into two groups, and they were given conventional treatment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome. After remission, the control group did not continue taking the medication, while the treatment group used Fangxiao Decoction in the treatment. Results The effective rate of treatment group was 86.96%, the comparison group effectiveness was 65.22%, The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.05） and has statistical significance. And then taking the incidence of follow-up asthma, the treatment group was also lower than the control group. Conclusion Fangxiao Decoction can be used more safely and effectively in children asthma in seedling stage, it also reduce the incidence of this disease, and has certain clinical value.
