Agent Attached for the Treatment of Bone Hyperplasia for 34 Cases

目的探讨中草药剂外贴治疗骨质增生的临床效果。方法将2013年2月—2014年3月间收治的68例骨质增生患者随机分为常规组和中药组,均为34例;常规组采取常规方法治疗,中药组在常规组治疗基础上再给予中草药剂外贴,2个疗程后,对比两组临床疗效。结果中药组的总有效率、治愈率均高于常规组,差异显著有统计意义(P<0.05);中药组的复发率低于常规组,差异显著有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中草药剂外贴治疗骨质增生,疗效显著,复发率低,且使用便捷、经济,具有重要的临床推广和实践价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine external paste for treating hyperosteogeny. Methods 68 cases which suffering from hyperosteogeny in our hospital from February 2013 to March 2014 were randomly divided into conventional group and Chinese medicine group. Each group has 34 cases. The conventional group took routine treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine group received conventional therapy and Chinese herbal medicine externally bonded. The clinical curative effect of the two groups are Compared after two period of treatment. Results The total effective rate and cure rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group were higher than that of control group, significant difference has statistics significance（ P〈0.05）; The recurrence rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group is lower than the conventional group, the significant difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The use of Chinese herbal medicine externally bonded for treating hyperosteogeny has obvious curative effect, low recurrence rate,convenient, and economical, it has clinical promotion and practical values as well.
