中医特色疗法治疗小儿食积273例

Chinese Traditional Treatment of Dyspepsia in pediatrics for 273 Cases

目的探讨中医特色疗法治疗小儿食积的临床疗效,以便于推广。方法将我院2008年元月—2012年12月儿科门诊及住院患儿分为观察组和对照组,观察组在对照组的基础上增加中医特色疗法,再进行疗效比较。结果观察组的疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿体温恢复时间,饮食恢复及主要症状消失时间都明显短于对照组,差异亦有统计学意义。结论中医特色疗法治疗小儿食积可以有效缩短病程,临床疗效突出,值得大力推广。

Objective To explore clinical efficacy of applied traditional Chinese therapy on patients with Dyspepsia. Methods Using single-blind method, 546 patients with Dyspepsia in childhood were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. 273 patients of the observation group were treated by Chinese Traditional Treatment and regular treatment; 273 cases from Control group were treated only by conventional medicical treatment or regular treatment. Results The average in hospital date of experimental group is signif-icantly shortened. The effect of the observation group is better than the control group. There was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese therapy combined with regular treatment is better than regular treatment for patients with Dyspepsia of childhood. It deserves spreading and applying.
