经筋针刺法结合中药外敷治疗膝痹

The Aponeurotic Theory and Acupuncture Method together with External Application of Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Knee Arthralgia

目的观察经筋针刺法结合中药外敷与常规取穴针刺法治疗膝痹的临床疗效。方法将80例患者随机分为治疗组、对照组各40例,治疗组按照经筋理论,,运用毫针(恢刺、齐刺)针刺方法,针刺膝关节周围及相关肌群阳性反应灶点综合治疗膝痹。后用中药包外敷病灶半小时。对照组采用血海、犊鼻、足三里等常规针刺。经过两个疗程(20天)治疗,对治疗前后膝关节功能参数进行评定。结果治疗组和对照组的"优组"改善率方面有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论经筋针刺结合中药包外敷治疗膝痹有较好的临床疗效并且优于常规针刺治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect on the knee osteoarthritis between ordinary needling therapy and the Aponeurotic Theroy needling therapy together with the topical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with forty cases in each group. According to the Aponeurotic Theroy, for the treatment group,the positive reaction points around the knee-joint and its surrounding muscle groups were acupunctured via filiform needlings（ the restoration needling therapy as well as the triple puncture method）.While, for control group, the ordinary needling therapies on some Acupoints such as ＂ Xue Hai,Tu bi and Zusanli＂ were acupunctured. After two phases of the treatment（ 20days）, the parameters of knee joint function were assessed before and after the treatment. Results The improvement of the clinic effect on the treatment group has the statistically significant meaning.（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Aponeurotic Theroy Acupuncture method together with the topical treat-ment of traditional Chinese medicine is better cure to the knee arthralgia than the ordinary needling therapy.
