关门穴与治疗部位神经相关性解剖学研究

Neuroanatomical Study on the Correlation between Guan Men Xue and the Treatment Site

目的探索分布关门穴的神经与针刺关门穴治疗部位(胃)的神经是否存在着关联。方法选择经过福尔马林固定的尸体5具(男性尸体4具,女性尸体1具),采用钢针刺到关门穴然后固定,再进行层次解剖尸体,同时解剖分离胃周围的神经。结果关门穴下为皮肤,皮下组织,腹直肌鞘前层,腹直肌,腹直肌鞘后层,腹横筋膜,腹膜下筋膜。关门穴治疗部位神经追溯至胃迷走神经,继续寻找神经支路发现交感神经节纤维增多,神经随着脾血管经脾门进入脾内。结论关门穴治疗部位神经与脾胃的神经存在着相关联系,为针灸治疗很有意义。

Objective To explore whether there is a correlation between the distribution of Guan men xue of nerve and acupuncture treat-ment site points. Methods After choosing five Formalin-fixed corpses（four male bodies, a female body）, using steel acupuncture points to close at the treatment site and fixed,then carrying out level of the autopsy. Results TThere are skin, subcutaneous tissue,the front layer of the rectus sheath,rectus abdominis,rectus sheath, transverse fascia,peritoneal fascia under the Guan men xue. From Guan men xue treatment site dating back to the nerve innervate of the stomach,continue to look for nerve fibers and find that the fibers of sympathetic ganglia increased,nerves accompany with splenic artery come into spleen. Conclusion The correlation between Guan men xue treatment site nerves and the splenico-gastric nerves exists, it makes sense for acupuncture treatment.
