针刺配合心理疏导在中风后抑郁症早期康复治疗中的应用

The Application of Acupuncture and Psychotherapy in Early Rehabilitation of Post-Stroke Depression

目的观察针灸配合心理疏导在中风后抑郁症早期康复治疗中的疗效。方法将60例中风后抑郁症患者随机分为治疗组30例、对照组30例。治疗组在神经内科常规治疗及常规功能锻炼的基础上进行针灸治疗及心里疏导;对照组进行神经内科常规治疗及常规功能锻炼。两组方案在患者入院经治疗生命体征稳定,神经症状不再发展48 h后进行。分别于第2、4、6周进行汉密尔顿抑郁量表HAMD及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表NIHSS评分测定。结果治疗组HAMD评分和N I H S S评分明显减少,两组间差异明显,P<0.05.有统计学意义。结论早期运用针灸配合心理疏导对改善脑卒中后抑郁症效果明显,而且还能减轻神经功能缺损。

Objective To observe the curative effect of the early rehabilitation treatment with post-stroke depression using acupuncture and psychological counseling. Methods 60 patients with post-stroke depression were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases. The treatment group used acupuncture and psychological counseling on the basis of routine therapy and functional exercise in neurology; the control group obtained routine treatment and conventional functional exercise. Two sets of scheme were carried out when patients which received treatment 48 h later had stable vital signs and neural symptoms. The Hamilton depression rating scale HAMD and the US national institutes of health stroke scale N H I S S score were measured at the 2th, 4th, and 6th week. Results The scores of the treatment group HAMD and N I S S H decreased significantly. The difference between the two groups was obvious, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Early application of acupuncture and psychological counseling on post-stroke depression was improve obviously,and also can alleviate nerve function defect.
