整合按摩手法结合现代康复技术治疗中风后肩痛伴肩关节半脱位25例

Integrated Massage Combined with Modern Rehabilitation Technique in the Treatment of Post-stroke Shoulder Pain with Shoulder Subluxation for 25 Cases

目的探讨"整合按摩手法"结合现代康复技术治疗中风后肩痛伴肩关节半脱位的临床疗效。方法对50例中风后肩痛伴肩关节半脱位的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各25例,观察组采用"整合推拿手法"、现代康复训练技术、生物反馈治疗技术综合治疗;对照组采用现代康复训练技术、生物反馈治疗技术治疗,比较两组病例治疗两个疗程的疗效。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 "整合手法"结合现代康复治疗技术治疗中风后肩痛伴肩关节半脱位疗效确切,值得推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical efficacy of ＂ integ rated massage＂ combined with modern rehabilitation technique in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain with shoulder subluxation. Methods 50 cases of post-stroke shoulder pain patients with shoulder joint subluxation were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 25 cases in each group. The observation group adopted ＂integrated massage＂, modern rehabilitation training technology and biological feedback treatment, while the control group adopted the modern rehabilitation training technology and biological feedback therapy. The curative effects of two groups of cases in the treatment of two period of treatment were compared. Results Total effective rate of the observation group is higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The ＂ Integrated massage＂ combined with modern rehabilitation therapy in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder pain with shoulder subluxation obtained the exact effect, it is worthy of popularization and application.
