摘要
目的评价临床综述撰写在中医康复技术相关课程教学中的应用效果。方法通过对两组学生分别应用传统教学方法和在传统的教学方法基础上加临床综述撰写进行教学,观察他们对临床问题的处理,记录期末考试成绩。结果两组学生考试成绩比较,临床综述撰写组优于对照组(P<0.01),临床综述撰写组学生在建立正确的中医临床思维能力及学习的主动性等方面均有提高。结论临床综述撰写的教学方法有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,对提高中医康复技术教学效果具有重要作用,值得相关医学教育工作者参考应用。
Objective To evaluate the applied effect of clinical su mmary writing in teaching traditional Chinese medicine( TCM)rehabilitation technology. Methods One group of students applied to the traditional teaching methods and another applied to clinical summary writing teaching which on the basis of traditional teaching methods. Then we observe how do they deal with clinical problems,and record the final examination scores. Results Compared with controlled group, the group of clinical review writing is better( P〈0.05), the clinical review writing group have improved both in initiative of learning and establishing the correct clinical thinking ability on TCM. Conclusion The method of clinical summary writing teaching plays an important role in the teaching which helps to increase students' interest in learning and improve the effect in teaching of TCM rehabilitation technology. It is worthwhile for the medical education workers to take it into consideration and apply it.
