Objective To summarize the effect of the outpati ent medical guide in the implementation of high quality nursing practice.Methods High quality nursing was applied in the clinic medical work. The primacy of the hospital is patient. Improve the quality of med-ical guide, specify the duty of guiding nurse, create the hospital window image, change the service model, and simplified treatment pro-cess. Results The outpatient medical guide can improve the consciousness of active service, enhance the ability of solving problems inde-pendently, shorten the time of the patients, doctor-patient disputes decrease, and the satisfaction degree of patients improved. Conclusion The outpatient medical guide implementation of high quality nursing activities promote the harmonious relationship between doctors and patients, is conducive to enhance the hospital＇s social image, and improve the social benefits of the hospital.
