半夏泻心汤临证应用体会

Clinic Experience on Usage of Banxia Xiexin Tang

半夏泻心汤为寒热并用、补泻兼施之代表方剂,属中医和法范畴,本证的证治要点为"但满而不痛",用其治疗中焦脾胃寒热错杂证,使药效各趋其所,多获良效。临床上广泛应用于上热下寒、胃热脾寒、胃寒脾热所致的多种中虚痞、满寒热错杂证。笔者在临床上运用该方治疗属中焦虚实互见,寒热错杂,湿热中阻,气机升降功能失常导致的不寐、咳嗽、胃脘痛、泄泻等,疗效显著,体现了中医"异病同治"的原则。

Banxia Xiexin Tang is a typical prescription of compatibility of the cold and the heat, and reinforcing-reducing method. It is belongs to harmonizing therapy of Chinese traditional medicine. Its key point is fullness without pain. Using Banxia Xiexin Tang for stomach cold and heat syndrome can get good curative effect. It is wildly used in clinic for various cold and heat syndrome such as upper-heat lower-cold, stomach heat spleen cold, stomach cold spleen heat. The author used Banxia Xiexin Tang to treat insomnia, cough, epigastric pain and diarrhea caused by cold and heat syndrome, dampness-heat obstruction in middle energizer, Qi movement disorder. The curative effect is remarkable. It gives expression to treating different diseases with same method principle of traditional Chinese medicine.
