黄芪内托散治疗缺乳48例

Astragalus Neto Powder in the Treatment of Hypogalactia for 48 Cases

目的观察黄芪内托散加减治疗产后缺乳的疗效。方法把96例产后缺乳患者随机分成观察组和对照组,所有患者均行哺乳指导、饮食调理和乳房按摩等治疗,观察组患者加用黄芪内托散加减中药口服治疗。一周后观察疗效。结果观察组48例中,治愈38例,有效7例,无效3例,有效率93.75%。对照组48例中,治愈29例,有效8例,无效11例,有效率60.42%。两组治愈率和有效率对比分析,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上使用黄芪内托散加减治疗产后缺乳优于未使用黄芪内托散加减的对照组,不失为值得在临床上推荐的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the effect of Astragalus Neto powder on treating postpartum hypogalactia. Methods 96 patients of postpartum hypogalactia which were divided into two groups, one is observation group, and the other is control group. All of them underwent breastfeeding instruction, diet and breast massage therapy. The observation group was also treated with Astragalus Neto powder. The cura-tive effect was observed after one week treatment. Results In the observation group of 48 cases, 38 cases were cured, 7 cases are effective,3 cases are invalid, and the efficiency is 93.75%. The control group of 48 cases, 29 cases were cured, 8 cases are effective, 11 cases are invalid, while the efficiency is 60.42%.There are significantly difference in the cure rate and effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It＇s worth applying the Astragalus Neto powder to treat patients with postpartum hypogalactia, and the treatment effect is more better.
