基层中医院临床生物化学检验的质量管理

Quality Management of Clinical Biochemistry Tests in Grass-roots Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospitals

目的提高基层中医院临床生物化学检验的质量。方法分别从试验前、试验中、试验后三个阶段探讨如何保障临床生物化学检验的质量。结果通过采集合格的标本、加强检验人员培训,维护仪器良好的工作状态,保证试剂质量,开展室内质量控制及与临床医师及时沟通等多个方面的努力,临床生物化学检验的质量是有保证的。结论构建一个完整的质量管理体系有利于基层中医院临床生物化学检验的质量控制。

Objective To improve the quality of clinical biochemistry tests in grass-roots traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） hospitals.Methods Investigating separately before, during and after the tests for ways that help to improve the quality of clinical biochemistry tests.Results The quality of clinical biochemistry tests can be improved through the efforts of collecting qualified samples, strengthening the training of technicians in the medical laboratory,maintaining the good working condition of the equipment,ensuring the good quality of laboratory reagents, carrying out internal quality control（ IQC）, communicating with clinicians in time and so on. Conclusion The construction of a complete quality management system is beneficial to the control of the quality of clinical biochemistry tests in grass-roots TCM hospital.
