摘要
中医药院校市场营销专业应该培养什么样的营销人才,如何培养是值得我们认真思索的问题,本文将就这些问题对"三三三制"人才培养模式进行探析。根据中医药院校市场营销专业人才培养的要求,笔者提出市场营销专业的人才培养过程可分为三个三分之一:三分之一理论教学,三分之一校内实践教学,三分之一校外实践教学,并对各阶段的相应要求以及"三三三制"人才培养模式的保障条件进行了探讨。
Marketing in Traditional Chinese Medicine College should cultivate what kind of marketing talents and how to train them is worth pondering carefully. This paper will analyze the three-three-plan personnel training mode about these problems. According to the talent cultivation's requirement of TCM college in Marketing, the author puts forward that the Marketing talent training process can be divided into three one-third: A third theory teaching, a third campus practice teaching, and a third off-campus practice teaching, and discusses the corresponding requirements for each stage as well as the guarantee conditions of three-three-plan personnel training mode.
