儿童寰枢关节半脱位国内文献计量学分析

Analysis of Domestic Bibliometrics of Atlantoaxial Subluxation in Children

目的分析国内对儿童寰枢关节半脱位的研究现状和发展趋势,为临床、科研提供参考。方法检索2014年6月前在中国知网、万方数据库和维普数据网发表的关于儿童寰枢关节半脱位的文献,应用文献计量学方法从文献的年代分布、地域分布、期刊分布及文献相关内容等进行文献统计分析。结果发现国内关于儿童寰枢关节半脱位的研究文献数量偏少;地域分布为东部大于西部,南方大于北方,且以东南部为中心;文献主要被《中国矫形外科杂志》《中国中医骨伤科杂志》和《中医正骨》收录;研究内容以个人及流派经验报道为主;儿童寰枢关节半脱位的治疗以牵引配合颈围固定为主。结论国内关于儿童寰枢关节半脱位的文献数量偏少,临床试验研究匮乏,缺少基础研究,对于儿童寰枢关节半脱位尚需拓宽范围,深入研究。

Objective Analyzing the status and development trend of atlantoaxial subluxation in domestic children, and providing reference for clinical and scientific research.. Methods Retrieval Cnki.net, Wanfang date and Vip literature of atlantoaxial subluxation in children before June 2014, applying bibliometrics methods to make statistical analysis from the literature of the age distribution, regional distribution, periodical distribution and literature relevant contents of literature. Results The results showed that the quantity of literature about atlantoaxial subluxation in children is seldom; from regional distribution, the southeast is the center, the quantity of Eastern region is more than that of West, and the quantity of southern region is more than that of North. Most Literatures are collected by Orthopedic Journal of China, Chinese Journal of Traditional Medical Traumatology ＆ Orthopedics and The Journal of Traditional Chinese Orthopedics and Traumatology; Most of the researches are individuals and schools experience report and treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation in children with traction combined with neck circumference fixed. Conclusion The quantity of literatures of atlantoaxial subluxation in domestic children is seldom. Since lack of clinical trials research and basic research, the scope of the research of atlantoaxial subluxation in children should be broaden and deepen.
