益气补肾活血通秘汤结合穴位贴敷治疗老年性便秘44例

Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Tongmi Decoction Combined with Acupoint Sticking in the Treatment of Senile Constipation for 44 Cases

目的观察益气补肾活血通秘汤结合穴位贴敷治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法将88例老年性便秘患者随机分为对照组和观察组各44例,观察组给予益气补肾活血通秘汤及穴位贴敷治疗;对照组给予中药煎剂(益气补肾活血通秘汤),两组均给予一般治疗(饮食运动护理)。结果治疗组44例,完全缓解34例,部分缓解8例,无效4例,总有效率95.45%;对照组44例,完全缓解12例,部分缓解11例,无效21例,总有效率52.27%。经统计学分析,两组有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益气补肾活血通秘汤结合穴位贴敷治疗老年性便秘具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Tongmi decoction combined with acupomt sUcKing in the treatment of senile constipation. Methods 88 cases of senile constipation patients were randomlqdi,ided into control goup and obser- vation group. 44 cases in the observation group were given Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Tongmi decoction combined with acupoint sticking; cases in the control group were given Chinese medicine decoction （Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Tongmi decoction） . The two groups were given gener- al treatment （diet nursing and sports） . Results In the treatment group, 34 cases completely relieve, partially in 8 cases and 4 cases inef- fective, the total effective rate was 95.45%. In the control group, 12 cases completely alleviate partially in 11 cases, and 21cases ineffec- tive, the total effective rate was 52.27%. The two groups have significant difference, the treatment group is better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） . Conclusion Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Tongmi decoction combined with acupoint sticking in the treatment of senile con- stipation has better clinical curative effect.
