摘要
目的研制一种新型可调式自动脉冲电皮肤针,实现自动叩刺代替人工扣刺,针刺与微脉冲电相结合。方法仪器用周期变化的交流电改变振片周围磁场方向,带动锤头上下振动产生扣刺动作,并且通过疏密波调节器输出微脉冲电流作用于治疗局部。结果新型可调式自动脉冲电皮肤针使用时能够实现自动扣刺,且扣刺与微脉冲电流结合在患者皮部形成循环回路。结论该皮肤针使用方便,是现有普通皮肤针的替代产品,不仅可以实现家庭医疗,也可用于医院针灸科的临床治疗或者科学研究。
Objective To design a new type of dermal needle with adjustable automatic pulse electric characterized by automatic tapping, combining acupuncture and micro electric pulse. Methods The instrument uses the periodic change of alternating current change vibra-tion piece around the direction of the magnetic field to drive the hammer upper and lower, the dilatational wave regulator output micro pulse current in the treatment. Results The button needling and micro pulse current combined to form a circulation loop with automatic tapping in patients'skin. Conclusion The dermal needle is convenient and is the substitute product of the existing ordinary dermal nee-dle. It can be used for the clinical treatment of acumoxa department in hospital or scientific research and also family therapy.
