康复治疗学人才培养模式的调查与思考——以广州中医药大学为例 被引量:1

Investigation and Reflection of Talent Training Mode of Rehabilitation Therapeutics—— A Case Study of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的发现并就该校康复治疗学专业人才培养模式中的培养目标、培养内容及方案中存在的问题提供合理的解决思路和解决方案。方法通过文献检索、问卷调查、实地走访等方式,收集专家教授、在校学生对于当前培养模式的意见与建议。结果本次调查共发放问卷210份,有效问卷198份,有效率约为94.29%;其中仅有11.62%的受访同学对培养目标认知清晰,66.16%的同学对课程设置的满意度为一般。结论当前的培养模式需要着重从培养目标、培养方案、反馈机制等方面进行优化调整,从而提高人才培养的能力与水平。 Objective To find and provide reasonable ideas and solutions to the problems of training objectives, training content and scheme in rehabilitation therapeutics training mode of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Methods Gather the ideas and sugges-tions on the current training mode of experts, professors and students, through information retrieval, questionnaire, field visits, etc. Results 210 questionnaires were distributed in the survey and 198 questionnaires were valid. The response rate is about 94.29%; of which only 11.62% of the interviewed students had a clear understanding of training objectives, 66.16% of them held a moderate level of satisfaction towards the curriculum. Conclusion We need to conduct a deeper focus on optimal adjustment in terms of training objectives, training scheme, feedback mechanisms, so as to improve the ability and level of personnel training.
