摘要 目的探讨问题导学法在生物化学教学中的应用效果。方法将问题导学法引入生物化学教学中,对403名医学生进行问卷调查和期末成绩考核,评价其教学效果。结果观察组学生的总体满意度(96.5%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。绝大部分学生对问题导学法教学持肯定态度。观察组平均成绩[(82.47±11.37)分]明显优于对照组平均成绩[(72.45±11.29)分](P<0.05)。结论问题导学法能激发学生学习的兴趣,有助于培养学生的自学、分析和综合能力。 Objective To explore the effect of question teaching method in Biochemistry teaching. Methods The question teaching method is introduced in the teaching of Biochemistry. 403 medical students were carried on the questionnaire survey and the final examination, and the teaching effects were evaluated. Results The satisfaction of the observation group (96.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (P〈0.05) . Most of students held positive attitudes towards the method. The observation group average scores [(82.47+11.37) points] was superior to the control group average scores [ ( 72.45 + 11.29) points] ( P〈0.05) . Conclusion The question teaching method can stimulate students'interest in learning and improve students'ability of self-learning, analysis and synthesis.
