中西医结合治疗遗传性痉挛性截瘫1例

Integrated Medicine on the Treatment of Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia for One Case

遗传性痉挛性截瘫(hereditary spastic paraplegia,HSP)是一组以双下肢进行性肌张力增高和无力、剪刀步态为特征的具有明显遗传异质性的综合征,本病迄今为止尚无有效的治疗方法,也无缓解其进展的方法,主要采取对症治疗。中医对神经系统疾病有独到的认识,采用中西医结合方法以提高临床疗效,减轻患者痛苦显得颇为重要。

Hereditary spastic paraplegia is a series of syndrome which has obvious genetic heterogeneity, characterized by progressive muscular tone‐strengthened and weakness of lower limbs and scissors gait. So far there is no effective treatment of this disease and no way to reduce its progress, so symptomatic treatment is mainly be used. Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique understanding of nervous system diseases, therefore,in order to improve the clinical curative effect, reduce the patients pain,it is very important to adopt the therapy of integrated medicine.
