Considering theory of Three Yin-Three Yang and Open, Close and Axis of Neijing and Shanhan Lun as guidance. According to means of syndrome differentiation and treatment such as the onset time about treatment, location of disease, Open, Close and Axis, viscera meridians, Yinyang Qixue, cold-heat and deficiency-excess syndrome differentiation and treatment, improve and develop the ideas and methods of theory of TCM.
