养血清脑颗粒佐治颈性眩晕90例

Yangxue Qingnao Granules on the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo for 90 Cases

目的观察养血清脑颗粒佐治颈性眩晕的的临床疗效。方法选择2012年12月—2014年6月于我院就诊的180例颈性眩晕患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各90例,对照组予天麻素、异丙嗪治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上予养血清脑颗粒进行辅助治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的ESCV评分、椎动脉TCD检测参数、总的临床疗效和3个月内的复发率。结果治疗后两组患者的ESCV评分、LPSV、LRI、RPSV和RRI较治疗前降低,与治疗前相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗后组间的ESCV、LPSV和RPSV比较差异具有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组;在总的临床疗效和3个月内的复发率方面,治疗组和对照组分别为84.4%、13.3%和67.8%、32.2%,经统计学比较,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论养血清脑颗粒佐治颈性眩晕临床疗效确切,能改善脑供血,减少复发率,具有临床使用价值。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of cervical vertigo with Yangxue Qingnao granules. Methods Choice 180 cases of cervical vertigo patients from December 2012 to June 2014 in our hospitaL, they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, and 90 cases in each group. The control group received gastrodine and promethazine treatment. On the basis of the control group treatment, the treatment group also took Yangxue Qingnao granules. Compare the ESCV score before and after treatment of, vertebral artery TCD detection parameters, the total clinical curative effect and the recurrence rate of 3 months of the two groups. Results ESCV rating of the two groups of patients after treatment, LPSV, LRI, RPSV and RRI were reduced, compared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05） , after treatment, the difference of ESCV, LPSV and RPSV between the two groups was statistically significant, the treatment group is better than the control group. Within the total clinical curative effective rate and the recurrence rate in 3 months of treatment group and control group were 84.4%, 13.35/o and 67.8%, 13.3%, respectively, through statistical comparison, the difference is significant （P〈 0.05） . Conclusion Yangxue Qingnao granules have good effect in the treatment of cervical vertigo, can improve brain blood supply and reduce recurrence rate, and have clinical use value.
