摘要
目的观察分析慢性萎缩性胃炎行中医方式治疗的临床疗效。方法统计2013年6月—2014年6月收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者共计100例,将患者随机分为2组,每组50例,对照组采用常规西医方式进行治疗,观察组在行西医治疗基础上行中医方式治疗,治疗方式主要采用适当剂量的自拟益气养阴汤。以30日为1个疗程之后,在3个疗程之后对比两组患者治疗效果。结果对照组50例患者中,总有效率为56%;观察组50例患者中,总有效率为72%。两组患者总有效率之间对比计算得出P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论中医治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎相比于单独采用西医治疗效果具有明显的优势,值得进行临床推广。
Objective To observe the analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect of TCM treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014 in our hospital, 100 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated by routine Western medicine. Based on the control group, the observation group received therapy of TCM. The treatment main]y adopted appropriate doses of the qi and nourishing Yin decoction. One course of treatment was 30 days. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after 3 courses of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 56%; For the observation group of 50 cases, the total effective rate was 72%. Contrast the total effective rate between the two groups （P〈0.05） , the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion Compared to using the Western medicine only, TCM in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis has obvious advantages, and is worth popularizing in clinical.
