针刺命门及关元穴配合镇痛药治疗腰椎转移癌疼痛30例

Clinical Study of Acupuncture at Mingmen and Guanyuan Acupionts Combined with Analgesic on the Treatment of Lumbar Spinal Metastatic Carcinoma Pains

临床上由恶性肿瘤腰椎转移所引起的疼痛较为多见,其对患者造成了较为沉重的身体及心理负担。中医的针刺疗法应用于恶性肿瘤引起的腰椎转移性疼痛的治疗,其安全性高、无毒副作用,并且能够提高和巩固临床疗效。在本次研究中,我们应用针刺法配合止痛药治疗恶性肿瘤腰椎转移引起的疼痛,并观察其与传统疗法的起效速度及治疗效果,对两组患者进行对照临床研究,评价上述两种疗法治疗恶性肿瘤腰椎转移引起的疼痛疗效差异。整理分析试验结果,提供可靠的临床证据,进一步提升针刺治疗恶性肿瘤腰椎转移引起的疼痛的临床操作的规范程度。

Pains caused by lumbar spinal metastasis of malignant tumor are common in clinic; it is a heavy physical and psychological burden on patients. The application of acupuncture on treatment of lumbar spinal metastatic pains caused by malignant tumor had high- security and non-toxic side effects, and had the ability to improve and consolidate the clinical efficacy. In this study, we used acupuncture combined with analgesics to treat pain induced by lumbar metastatic malignant tumors, and observed the speed of onset and curative effect and compared with conventional therapy. We made a comparative clinical study on the two groups of patients, and evaluated the difference of the two therapies on the treatment of lumbar spinal metastatic pains caused by malignant tumor. Through analyzing the experimental results, we would provide reliable clinical evidence and enhance Standardization of acupuncture manipulation on the treatment of lumbar spinal metastatic pains induced by malignant tumor.
