对肛肠手术患者实施中医护理干预的体会

Implementation of TCM Nursing Intervention in Patients with Anorectal Surgery

为总结肛肠手术患者实施中医护理干预的体会,回顾100例肛肠手术患者给予中医护理干预的经过,包括情志护理,饮食护理,术前心理护理、肠道准备,术后创口、并发症观察护理、出院指导等,并就护理及治疗结果进行分析。结果显示,本组100例患者均能配合治疗,所有患者全部治愈。平均住院时间为10天。术后无感染、大出血、肛管狭窄和肛门失禁等严重并发症。随访1年,成功随访88例,均无复发。结果表明对肛肠手术患者实施中医护理安全、有效,并在患者治疗康复中起积极作用。

To summarize the experience of implementing nursing of TCM intervention in patients with anorectal surgery. Reviewed 100 eases of patients with anorectal surgery for nursing of TCM intervention, including modern nursing, diet nursing, preoperative psychologi- cal nursing, bowel preparation; postoperative wound nursing and discharge guidance, complications, and the care and treatment results were analyzed. Results showed that all the 100 patients can cooperate with treatment, and were all cured. The average time of hospitaliza- tion was 10 days. There were no severe complications such as infection, bleeding, postoperative anal canal stenosis and anal incontinence. Follow-up period was 1 year, 88 cases were inquired and no recurrence. Results showed that the implementation of nursing of TCM in patients with anorectal surgery was safe, effective, and played a positive role in patient rehabilitation.
