中医综合护理方案对剖宫产术后胃肠功能影响的临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Effect of Integrate Nursing of Traditional Chinese Medicine Plan on Gastrointestinal Function after Cesarean Section

目的研究中医综合护理在剖宫产术后胃肠功能恢复中的应用价值。方法择取2013年6月—2014年6月期间行剖宫产的66例产妇,通过抽签的方法将其分成2组,中医组33例患者采用中医综合护理干预;对照组33例患者采用常规护理干预。结果分析两组患者的术中出血量、麻醉时间等,无显著差异,不具统计学意义(P>0.05)。分析两组患者胃肠恢复情况,中医组患者的首次排气时间、肠鸣恢复时间以及首次排便时间较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医综合护理应用于剖宫产术后对产妇胃肠功能具有积极的改善作用,以利于胃肠功能及早恢复,适合于临床应用、推广。

Objective To study the application value of integrate nursing of traditional Chinese medicine in the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients after cesarean section. Methods From June 2013 to June 2014, 66 cases women of cesarean section in our hospital were divided into two groups by drawing lots. The TCM group of 33 cases were treated by integrate nursing intervention of traditional Chinese medicine; The control group of 33 patients used conventional nursing intervention. Results The bleeding volume and time of anesthesia of the two groups were no significant difference, and hadn＇t statistically significant （P〉0.05） . Analysis of the gastrointestinal recovery of the two groups, the first exhaust time, borborygmus recovery time and the time of first defecation of the TCM group were lower than those of the control group, and had significant difference （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Integrate nursing of traditional Chinese medicine applied in cesarean section had a positive role in improving gastrointestinal function, and facilitated the early recovery of gastrointestinal function. It is suitable for clinical application and popularization.
