摘要
目的分享其对腰背肌筋膜炎的经验体会。方法概括腰背肌筋膜炎的病因病机、中西医疾病诊断、证候诊断和治疗方法,重点介绍综合治疗理念、外治法的选用优先级和康复指导的注意事项。结论应用中西医统一的疾病诊断、采用综合治疗的方法,治疗方案有基本原则还有针对具体情况的灵活机动性,这些方面都有临床意义。
Objective To share the experience on diagnosis and treatment of back myofascitis. Methods The article summarized the etiolo- gy, pathogenesis, diagnosis and treatment, and emphatically introduced comprehensive treatment and the concept of external therapy and rehabilitation. Conclusion The diagnosis in uniform of TCM and Western medicine, combined treatment approach, and principled and flexibility in light of the specific conditions of treatment, all of them had clinical significance.
