摘要
目的从协调少阳枢机论治胃痞的临床疗效。方法将106例胃痞患者随机分为两组,治疗组70例以中药协调少阳枢机为主加减治疗,对照组36例给予马来酸多潘立酮片口服,疗程2周。结果治疗组总有效率为92.86%,明显优于对照组的75%,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论从协调少阳枢机论治胃痞临床疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of coordination of Shaoyang hub on the treatment of Weipi. Methods 106 cases of Weipi disease were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group of 70 cases primarily took coordination of Shaoyang hub of traditional Chinese medicine. The control group of 36 cases took orally Domperidone Maleate tablets for 2 weeks. Results The total effec- tive rate of the treatment group was 92.86%, significantly better than that of the control group （75%） , the difference was statistically sig-- nificant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion Coordination of Shaoyang hub on treating Weipi had exactly clinical curative effect.
