摘要
归脾汤载于《济生方》,具有健脾养心,益气补血之功用,原方主治心脾两虚证、脾不统血证。现代临床运用广泛,用于治疗心脏疾病、血液疾病、脑病、脾胃病、妇科疾病、皮肤病等多类疾病,取得了良好的临床疗效。
Guipi decoction was recorded in Prescriptions for Succouring the Sick, and it had the function of strengthening spleen and nourishing heart, Yiqi Buxue. The primary mainly treated syndrome of deficiency of both heart and spleen and syndrome of spleen failing to manage blood. It had widely used in modem clinical, such as the treatment of heart disease, blood disease, eneephalopathy, spleen and stomach disease, gynecological diseases, dermatology, and achieved good clinical efficacy.
