咽清饮雾化吸入治疗喉源性咳嗽150例

Yanqing Yin Atomization Inhalation on the Treatment of Laryngeal Cough for 150 Cases

目的探讨咽清饮雾化吸入治疗喉源性咳嗽的疗效。方法采用前瞻性科研方法,遵从随机,对照原则。选择符合"病例纳入标准"的300例喉源性咳嗽患者,均来自湛江市第一中医院2011年7月—2013年12月的急诊病人,运用简单随机数字表方法,随机分为两组:即咽清饮组(实验组)和西药雾化剂组(对照组),治疗两个疗程。结果实验组的临床显效率为65.3%,有效率为27.3%,无效率为7.3%,总有效率为92.7%,对照组的临床显效为57.3%,有效率为25.3%,无效率为17.3%,总有效率为82.7%,经统计处理,P<0.05有统计学意义,可认为实验组疗效优于对照组。结论咽清饮雾化吸入治疗喉源性咳嗽安全,取得较好疗效。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of the Yanqing Yin atomization inhalation on the treatment of laryngeal cough. Methods Using a prospective research method, complying with the random and control principle. Selecting ＂ case into the standard＂ in 300 cases of laryngeal cough, all from the First Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Zhanjiang from July 2011 to December 2013 emergency department patients. According to simple random number table method, they were randomly divided into two groups, namely the faucitis preparation group（experimental group） and Western medicine atomization inhalation group（control group）. They received two courses of treatment. Results For the experimental group, the clinical effective rate was 65.3 %, the effective rate was 27.3%, and no efficiency was 7.3%, the total effective rate was 92.7%. For the clinical control group, clinical effective rate was 57.3 %, the effective rate was25.3%, and no efficiency was 17.3%, the total effective rate was 82.67%, after statistical processing,（P〈0.05） there was statistically significant, the experiment observation group was superior to the control group. Conclusion The Yanqing Yin atomization inhalation on the treatment of laryngeal cough was safe, and obtained better curative effect.
