摘要
目的探讨中医祛湿通络法在临床治疗颈性眩晕中的应用。方法选取门诊及住院颈性眩晕患者70例,随机分为试验组35例与对照组35例,对照组予氟桂利嗪、甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗,治疗组加用祛湿通络法治疗,观察2组临床效果。结果治疗组疗效判定优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医祛湿通络法能明显改善颈性眩晕患者的临床症状。
Objective Qushi Tongluo Therapy on the Treatment of Cervical Vertigo for 70 Cases. Methods 70 cases were randomly divided into two groups, and with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with flunarizine and betahistine mesylate. The treatment group received additional Qushi Tongluo therapy. The clinic effects of the two groups were compared. Rsults Clinical effect of treatment group was superior to the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Qushi Tongluo therapy on the treatment of cervical vertigo had good clinical effect.
