半夏泻心汤合失笑散治疗消化道溃疡82例

Banxia Xiexin Decoction together with Shixiao Powder on the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer for 82 Cases

目的观察半夏泻心汤合失笑散加味治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡的临床疗效;方法将82例胃、十二指肠溃疡患者随机分为治疗组42例,用半夏泻心汤合失笑散加味治疗,对照组40例,用法莫替汀、复方铝酸铋胶囊治疗,两组均治疗6周;结果治疗组总有效率95.23%,对照组80%,二者差异有显著性(P<0.05),1年后溃疡复发率,治疗组10.71%,对照组28.57%,二者差异有显著性(P<0.05);结论半夏泻心汤合失笑散加味治疗胃、十二指肠溃疡有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction and together with Shixiao powder on the treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods 82 cases of peptic ulcer were randomly divided into treatment group of 42 cases which were treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction together with Shixiao powder. 40 cases in the control group used Famo Titing, compound Bismuth Aluminate capsules.The treatment course of the two groups were 6 weeks. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group 95.23%, and was 80% for control group, there was significant difference between the two groups（ P〈0.05）. One year later, the ulcer recurrence rate of the treatment group and the control group was 10.71% and 28.57%, respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Banxia Xiexin decoction and together with Shixiao powder on the treatment of peptic ulcer had a better therapeutic effect.
