热敏灸与氯米芬治疗不孕症对血孕酮、内膜厚度及基础体温的影响

Effect of the Heat Sensitive Moxibustion and Clomiphene for Treating Infertility on Citrateon Blood Progesterone, Endometrial Thickness and Basal Body Temperature

目的观察用热敏灸与氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症对血孕酮、内膜厚度及基础体温的影响。方法将50例排卵障碍性不孕患者随机分成治疗组和对照组各25例。治疗组采用热敏灸与氯米芬治疗,对照组采用单纯氯米芬治疗。结果治疗组的血孕酮、内膜厚度及基础体温的影响明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论热敏灸与氯米芬治疗排卵障碍性不孕症有效提高血孕酮、内膜厚度及基础体温,提高妊娠率。

Objective To observe the effect of the heat sensitive moxibustion and clomiphene for treating ovulation disorders on citrateon blood progesterone, endometrial thickness and basal body temperature. Methods 50 cases of anovulatory infertility patients were randomly divided into treatment group of 25 cases and control group of 25 cases. The treatment group used the heat sensitive moxibustion treatment combined with clomiphene. The control group used clomiphene alone. Results The blood progesterone, endometrial thickness and basal boby temperature of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion The heat sensitive moxibustion and clomiphene treatment of anovulatory infertility effectiyely improved blood progesterone, endometrial thickness and basal boby temperature, and increased pregnancy rate.
