针刺结合臭氧关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎30例

Acupuncture Combined with Ozone of Intra-Articular Injection on the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis for 30 Cases

目的观察针刺结合臭氧关节腔注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效。方法将60例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组采用针刺结合臭氧膝关节腔内注射治疗,对照组采用单纯针刺治疗,比较两组治疗2个疗程后的疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率和显效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结果表明针刺结合臭氧关节腔内注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效优于单纯针刺治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of acupuncture combined with ozone of intra-articular injection on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients. Methods 60 cases of knee arthritis patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group received acupuncture combined with ozone intra-articular, the control group was treated by acupuncture. The curative effects of the two groups were compared after two courses of treatment. Results The cure rate and significant efficiency of the treatment group were superior to that of the control group. Conclusion The results showed that the curative effect of acupuncture combined with ozone of intra-articular injection on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was better than that of acupuncture.
