医学生医患沟通能力培养探析

Analysis of Cultivation of Medical Students' Doctor-Patient Communication Ability

随着医患模式的不断转变,对医学生综合素质要求也越来越高,当代的医学生应该不仅仅重视临床技能的提高,更应该重视医患沟通能力的培养。本文通过对医患现状的分析,阐述提高医患沟通能力的重要性与必要性,通过强化人文医学教育、加强临床实践锻炼、普及法律意识等几个方面探讨如何提高医学生医患沟通的能力。

Along with the changing of medical model, medical students comprehensive quality requirements also more and more high, the contemporary medical students should not only attach importance to the improvement of clinical skills, should be more attention to the cultivation of doctor-patient communication skills. In this paper, through analyzing the present situation of doctor-patient, elaborating the importance and necessity to improve doctor-patient communication ability; through enhancing medical humanities education, strengthening clinical practice exercise, and popularizing legal consciousness to discuss how to improve the medical students’ ability of doctor-patient communication.
