目的探讨丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液不良反应发生的临床特点。方法回顾性分析25例静脉滴注丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液所致不良反应患者的临床资料。结果丹参酮ⅡA磺酸钠注射液不良反应主要表现为变态反应,主要累及皮肤及附件、循环系统及全身性损害。结论为保证临床用药的安全合理,避免重复发生不良反应,应加强相关预防宣传,掌握配伍禁忌,严格遵照说明书用药。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of sodium tanshinone ⅡA injection adverse reactions occur. Methods A retrospective analysis of 25 cases of intravenous injection of sodium tanshinone ⅡA caused adverse reactions in patients with clinical data. Results Sodium tanshinone ⅡA injection adverse reactions mainly as allergy, mainly involving the skin and its appendages, the circu-latory system and systemic damage. Conclusion In order to ensure reasonable safety of clinical medicine, to avoid duplication of adverse reactions related to prevention campaigns should be strengthened, master incompatibility, in strict accordance with the instructions medication.
