摘要
目的探讨中医特色护理在胃脘痛患者中的临床应用效果。方法选择2011年1月—2012年1月接受治疗的胃脘痛患者90例,将患者随机分为两组,各45例,其中观察组采用中医特色护理,对照组采用常规护理。比较两组治疗前后的临床疗效及护理满意度。结果观察组治疗总有效率97.8%,显著高于对照组的82.2%;观察组护理满意度95.6%,显著高于对照组的68.9%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用中医特色护理为胃脘痛患者实施护理,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提高治疗效果,减少住院时间,并增强患者的护理依从性及满意度,因此,中医特色护理具有临床推广应用的价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical application of characteristics nursing care of TCM in patients of gastralgia.Methods 90 patients with gastralgia from January 2011 to January 2012 who were treated in our hospital were selected and were random-ly divided into two groups with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was given characteristics nursing care of TCM, the control group received routine nursing care. The clinical curative effect, nursing satisfaction and clinical symptom score changes before and after treatment were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group（97.8%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（82.2%）; the nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 95.6 %, it was significantly higher than that of the control group（68.9%）, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0.05）. Conclusion The characteristics nursing care of TCM for patients with gas-tralgia can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the therapeutic effect, reduce hospitalization time, and enhance the patient compliance and satisfaction with nursing care. The characteristics nursing care of TCM is worthy of wide application in clinic.
