摘要
对桂枝汤解热作用的机制研究进行了回顾,桂枝汤主要影响发热环节中的内生致热原以及发热中枢介质的产生从而发挥其解热作用,并就此进行了相关探讨。
This article reviewed the research on the mechanism of the antipyretic effect of Guizhi decoction. Guizhi decoction mainly af-fected the production of the endogenous pyrogen and centric febrile mediators so as to play its antipyretic effect, and we discussed the an-tipyretic action of Guizhi decoction with theories of TCM.
