疾病不确定感对恢复期精神分裂症患者的影响

The influence of disease uncertainty on recovery of schizophrenia patients

目的探讨疾病不确定感对恢复期精神分裂症患者的影响,以及时进行有效干预,帮助患者尽早康复。方法采用个人一般情况调查表Mishel疾病不确定感量表、焦虑自评量表﹙SAS﹚、抑郁自评量表﹙SDS﹚评分分析。结果疾病不确定感评分高的患者,其焦虑、抑郁评分也越高,治疗依从性越差。结论恢复期精神分裂症疾病患者不确定感越强,其存在的负性情绪越严重,治疗依从性越差,越不利于病人的全面康复。

Objective Explore the disease uncertainty influence on recovery of schizophrenia patients, and effective inter- vention, help patients recover as soon as possible. Methods Using personal general situation questionnaire Mishel sense of uncertainty in illness scale, self - evaluation of anxiety scale （SAS） , depression self rating scale （SDS） score analysis. Results Patients with disease uncertainty score high, and the higher the anxiety and depression scores, treatment adher- ence. Conclusions Recovery and the stronger sense of uncertainty in schizophrenia patients, the existence of negative e- motions, treatment adherence is poor, the more conducive to the comprehensive rehabilitation of patients.
