苯磺酸氨氯地平联用瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压伴血脂异常的临床疗效分析

Amlodipine besylate combined with rosuvastatin treatment of hypertension with clinical curative effect of dyslipidemia

目的：探讨苯磺酸氨氯地平联用瑞舒伐他汀治疗高血压伴血脂异常的临床治疗效果。方法：选取2014年1月。2014年3月在我科收治的高血压伴血脂异常患者50例，给予苯磺酸氨氯地平联用瑞舒伐他汀治疗，疗程为3个月。结果：50例患者经过治疗，血压控制满意42例，血压水平下降9例，无效1例，总有效率为98％；血脂明显改善，显效38例，有效10例，无效2例，总有效率为96％。未出现明显不良反应。结论：苯磺酸氨氯地平联用瑞舒伐他汀钙治疗高血压伴血脂异常疗效确切，安全有效。

Objective： To investigate the amlodipine besylatecombined with rosuvastatin treatment of hypertension withclinical effect of the treatment of dyslipidemia. Methods： From 2014 January -2014 year in March in our department were hypertension and dyslipidemia in patients with 50 cases, given amlodipine besylate combined withrosuvastatin treatment, treatment for 3 months. Results： 50 patients af- ter treatment, blood pressure control was satisfactory in 42 cases, the level of blood pressuredeereased in 9 cases, invalid in 1 cases. The total efficiency of 98% ; blood lipid significantly improved, markedly effective in 38 cases, effective 10 cases, invalid 2 cases, the total ef- fective rate was 96%. No apparent adverse reaction. Conclusion： Amlodipine besylatecombined with rosuvastatin calcium treatment of hypertension with dyslipidemia exact curative effect, safe and effective.
